Ukraine vs Russia Shipping Issues

To start out with this sensitive topic.  We have no ill will toward Russia or Ukraine.  We do have an issue with violence in 2022 and the future for any reason.  We are not here to judge or talk badly about either side of the coin.  We only have issues that former partnerships come to an end, not by our doing.  Social and political issues we all face in a world of controlled humans globally. The only reason we will not be filling orders that come from RU is that shipping routes will be cut off.  As well as government backlash for siding with the opposing force from any end is not advisable for any business’s future success.

We just wanted to be clear here at GamersCtrl that we are not removing others by choice.  We are only doing it for the meanwhile until our governments resolve or come to a solution with the ignorant power games they play that affects everyone else.  No sides taken other than supply routes are now limited because of power and political games.

We love Russian Gamers as well but the recent issues have hindered us from supplying service to them or from them.

ACTIONS TAKEN: Any orders from RU will not be fulfilled at the moment.  Pick any other country from the SHIP FROM field if the field is available (USA, CHINA, ETC… Stores). If the SHIP FROM field is not available continue checkout we will select alternative shipping for you.  We have no issue with RU other than shipping will be blocked because of these aggressive times.

If you select Russian Federation/RU we will not be filling these orders at this time.  We have nothing against RU or Ukraine but until they resolve or come to an end of their war we will not be able to fill any orders from RU or Ukraine.  This has nothing to do with us here at GamersCtrl.  This is solely an issue provided by other countries not getting along or political problems that affects us all.  We Love All Gamers, Globally just not political BS!

When there is no SHIP-FROM drop down do not worry we will ship the product from another distributor outside of RU.  If there is no other alternative we will refund the customer and cancel an order.

Conclusion: Once all of these issues are resolved or come to an agreement between these two parties we will go back to serving all globally.  We just do not want to get caught up in political, violent, or hate issues at GamersCtrl.  We wish both sides luck on a resolve so no one else gets hurt on this great planet that has been given to us.
